Terms of Use

01What we do

Partner Supply sells building materials and tools, and runs office services for contractors: orders and deliveries, site-service coordination, permit and violation lookups, estimates, job filing, collections (Norma) and crew payroll (Lisa). Our services are for businesses and adults 18 and over.

02AI coordinators, and who decides

• Our desks are AI coordinators supervised by people in our office. A person in our office approves every price, order, booking, refund and anything sent to a third party.
• You decide on your own job. We give information and options; the decision and its consequences are yours.
• AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially measurements and quantities.

03What we are not

• We are not engineers, architects, expediters, attorneys, accountants, or a payroll company. Licensed professionals in our network do licensed work under their own license.
• Takeoffs and estimates are approximate. Verify quantities and dimensions against the plans before ordering or building.
• Permit, violation and lien information comes from public records and our own records, may be out of date, and is not legal advice. Confirm with a licensed professional or attorney.
• We never sign documents for anyone. We prepare paperwork and send it to the person who must sign.

04Orders, pricing and delivery

• Prices and stock can change until your order is confirmed. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected or the order cancelled with a full refund.
• Delivery windows are estimates. We tell you as soon as a delivery is running late. You are responsible for safe, legal access and a person to receive at the site.
• Risk of loss passes to you when material is delivered or picked up.
• Member pricing (Growth 5%, Partner Pro 10%) and bulk discounts (3% at 10+ units, 6% at 25+) apply as shown at checkout when you are logged in.

05Memberships and credits

• Starter $149, Growth $349 and Partner Pro $699 per month, billed monthly in advance, renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancel by message any time; it takes effect at the end of the billing month.
• One credit covers up to 15 minutes of office work. Extra credits are $30 each. Questions, advice, order status, explaining a notice, and fixing our own mistakes never use credits.
• Plan features, credit counts and prices may change with 30 days’ notice to members.
• Free trials last 7 days and do not renew into a paid plan unless you choose a plan.

06Site services and providers

• Providers in our network are independent businesses. They perform the work under their own license and insurance, and are responsible for it.
• We coordinate: we get prices, send your written YES, confirm bookings in writing, and follow up. Nothing is booked without your written yes.
• Provider cancellation terms are shown before you accept a quote.

07Norma — Collections (Growth and Partner Pro)

• Norma sends payment reminders to your customers in your company’s name, for invoices you issued. You confirm each invoice is accurate and that your customer agreed to be contacted (for example, a clause in your contract or invoice).
• Norma follows a fixed schedule, in business hours, at most one message a day. Final notices and lien or attorney notices are sent only after our office approves them.
• Norma does not negotiate, threaten, report to credit bureaus, or take legal action. Payments go directly to you. We do not guarantee any amount will be collected.
• You are responsible for following the laws that apply to collecting your own invoices.

08Lisa — Payroll and time (Growth and Partner Pro)

• Lisa records crew time and prepares a weekly timesheet and payroll file. You approve timesheets, decide corrections, and pay your workers. Lisa does not pay anyone, withhold taxes, or give wage-law advice.
• Workers are tracked only after they reply YES. Location is taken only at clock-in and clock-out.
• You are responsible for wage, overtime, sick-time and record-keeping laws. Sick-time and overtime figures are calculated from your settings; check them with your payroll provider.
• Extra workers beyond your plan are $4.99 per worker per month Partner Pro extra-worker price to confirm.

09Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information, and only send us files and contact details you have the right to share.
• Don’t use our services for anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to misuse another person’s data.
• Keep your account login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

10Messages and calls

By giving us your number you agree to receive service messages about your orders and jobs by WhatsApp, text and phone. Marketing messages and AI-voice sales calls only with your separate consent. Reply STOP any time. Calls may be recorded.

11Content and files

You keep ownership of your plans, photos, logo and documents. You let us store and use them to provide your services. If you agree to feature your work, we ask before each post.

12Limits on our liability

• Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty only. Except as stated in these terms, services are provided as is.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, delays, fines or stop-work orders), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order or service in question, or for memberships, the last 3 months of fees.
• Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under New York law.

13Disputes

Tell us first; most problems get solved with a message. These terms are governed by New York law, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Kings County, New York arbitration clause: decide with attorney.

14Changes and contact
